Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients. Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform restorative, preventative, and cosmetic procedures. Plan and deliver porcelain veneer cases and cosmetic smile makeovers. Evaluate and treatment-plan comprehensive cosmetic cases. Collaborate directly with our in-office dental laboratory. Work with our treatment coordination team to ensure patients understand their recommended treatment. Maintain excellent clinical standards and documentation. Build strong, long-term relationships with patients. Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through completion of treatment. Ideal Candidate. We are looking for a dentist who. Holds a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school. Has an active, unrestricted dental license. Has experience practicing general dentistry. Is knowledgeable and experienced in porcelain veneers and cosmetic smile design. Has a strong understanding of dental esthetics, facial proportions, occlusion, and smile design. Has excellent treatment-planning and communication skills. Is confident discussing comprehensive and cosmetic treatment options with patients. Has an artistic eye and takes pride in creating beautiful, natural-looking smiles. Is motivated, ambitious, and interested in maximizing their clinical production and earning potential.
