About the Role As our Receptionist / Hygiene Coordinator , youâll be an essential part of the patient experience. Youâll be the welcoming face and friendly voice of our practice while keeping our hygiene schedule running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional experience Answering phones and assisting patients with questions and scheduling Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating hygiene and treatment appointments Optimizing the hygiene schedule to support both patient satisfaction and provider efficiency Managing recall systems, reminders, and patient follow-ups Handling patient check-in and check-out, including payment collection Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting daily front-office operations Working closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow What Weâre Looking For Weâre looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping people . Ideal candidates will have: Previous dental or medical office experience a plus but not required.
