About Our Practice We are a private, fee for service dental practice located in Atlanta’s Perimeter Center area, providing highly personalized, comprehensive care. Our patients are never rushed through their appointments. We intentionally spend more time with each patient, allowing our team to build relationships, provide an exceptional experience, and deliver dentistry at a very high level. Our practice performs a wide range of comprehensive and complex restorative dentistry, including larger restorative cases and implants. We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who has the clinical confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail to work alongside Dr. Benefield and her associate, Dr. Shin, and help provide that level of care. What You’ll Bring to the Team We are looking for someone who is confident, polished, professional, and clinically strong. While experience matters, so does how you carry yourself, communicate with patients, and contribute to the overall patient experience. You anticipate what the doctor needs, stay one step ahead, pay attention to the details, and understand that how a patient is treated is just as important as the clinical care they receive. To be considered, you must have: A minimum of 1 year of Dental Assisting experience in general dentistry Experience assisting with a wide variety of procedures, including implants Dentrix experience Strong clinical skills and attention to detail A polished, professional presence with a calm and confident demeanor Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with patients professionally, build genuine relationships, help them feel comfortable and valued, and reinforce their confidence in the care we provide A team first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Does This Sound Like You?
