Our established, multi-doctor endodontic practice is seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. Previous endodontic experience is certainly a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to provide specialty training for an experienced dental professional who has a strong work ethic, enjoys learning, and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care. Your Role In this position, you will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include: Assisting doctors chairside during endodontic procedures Setting up treatment rooms with the appropriate instruments, materials, and equipment Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and restocking clinical areas according to OSHA and infection-control standards Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation Reviewing treatment information and post-operative instructions with patients Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit Working with the clinical team to maintain an organized and efficient patient schedule Assisting with other clinical or practice responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For The right candidate will be someone who: Has previous dental assisting experience Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented Pays close attention to details and takes pride in being prepared Communicates well with patients, doctors, and coworkers Can stay organized and focused in a busy clinical environment Is comfortable learning new techniques, technology, and specialty procedures Takes initiative and can anticipate the needs of the doctor and clinical team Is committed to providing excellent patient care Endodontic experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
