YOUR SCHEDULE This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM-5 PM, leaving you evenings and weekends to enjoy your life outside of work. YOUR DAY As our Orthodontic Treatment Assistant, you'll greet patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, explain procedures, and help ease any concerns they may have. Throughout the day, you'll assist the doctor with orthodontic procedures, take digital X-rays, perform 3D mouth scans, fabricate retainers, and accurately document patient records, photos, exams, and treatment plans. You'll also provide valuable instruction on oral hygiene and appliance care while ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for each appointment. REQUIREMENTS Current X-ray certification 1+ years of experience as an orthodontic assistant Dental assistant training or lab experience Excellent time management skills Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Professional in appearance and attitude Thrive in fast-paced environments Ability to work both independently and as part of a team We're looking for a dependable, motivated professional who is eager to learn, committed to excellence, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
