This additional Dentist will make our team complete with certifications in IV sedation and implants. â YOU WON'T HAVE TO REFER OUT THE CASES YOU WANT TO DO The technology is current and the scope is wide, which means the interesting case that walks through the door can stay with you instead of going down the road. If it's a procedure you haven't done in a while â or one you've wanted to add â there's mentorship here to get you there rather than a shrug and a referral pad. You should be a better clinician a year from now than you are today, and this is a practice built to make that happen. Your Day-to-Day as a Dentist: Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental treatment while holding to the highest standards of patient care Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations Promote a supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with case acceptance and receiving treatment, as well as to encourage patient retention Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment Your Expertise as a Dentist will include: Dental licensure and certifications required by the State Dental Board, with no adverse actions DEA registration What we offer for the Associate Dentist include: Competitive compensation â $150,000 - $350,000 a year Dental care for employees and immediate family Continuing Education opportunities State of the art technology and a wide scope of procedures provided to patients Mentorship and ongoing professional development Potential partnership opportunity!
