What You'll Do Be the first voice and face of Crafted Dental Co. — warm, knowledgeable, and unmistakably "we've got you" Manage scheduling and patient flow in CURVE Verify insurance benefits and walk patients through their options clearly and confidently — in-network, out-of-network, or paying out of pocket Coordinate claims and follow-up through DentXChange Handle patient communication (calls, texts, recall, follow-up) with clarity and care Partner closely with the clinical team so every handoff feels seamless to the patient What We're Looking For Strong communicator who stays warm and steady even when things get busy Comfortable having confident, clear conversations about insurance and financial options Dental or medical front office experience a plus; CURVE experience a bonus, but not required Organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely likes helping people Ready and willing to learn and grow individually and professionally A team player who takes ownership of problems and solves them Growth-minded and excited to help build something from the ground up Our Values Integrity · Precision · Ownership · Clarity · Craft · Growth This is a great fit if you want to help design the patient experience, not just execute someone else's script.
