About Our Office: We focus on comprehensive care with an emphasis on: Cosmetic dentistry Laser dentistry (including soft tissue and facial esthetics) Digital workflows (intraoral scanner, CBCT) Patient comfort and relationship-based care We are well-equipped and clinically progressive, and we take pride in how we care for both our patients and our team. Responsibilities include: Assist the doctor during a wide range of procedures Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Maintain sterilization protocols Educate patients on treatment and post-op care For EFDA: place restorations and perform expanded duties as permitted Qualifications: Required: Dental assisting experience Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and team mindset Preferred (but not required): EFDA certification (Ohio) Experience with digital scanning and/or CBCT Experience with Dentrix Ascend What We’re Looking For Someone who takes initiative and stays busy Strong communication skills with patients and team Detail-oriented and organized Willingness to learn and grow with the practice Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $39.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 36.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Retirement plan Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred) X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
