This role is all about supporting the dentist and delivering a great patient experience, chairside and beyond. What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance across a full range of general dentistry procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment to the highest sterilization standards Take X-rays Ordering dental supplies and manage inventory Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Support scheduling and flow between operatories to keep the day running smoothly Partner with the front office and dentist to keep patient care organized and on track Manage patient records accurately What We're Looking For Experienced dental assistant — comfortable and confident chairside X-ray certification required Coronal polishing certification preferred Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-first attitude Reliable, organized, and a great teammate Comfortable in a growing practice Why Join Us We're transitioning a practice from a part-time, retiring dentist and rebuilding with a great new dentist and a fresh team — a real opportunity to grow with us!
