Dental Hygienist (RDH) Job description Dental Hygienist | Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time or Part-Time $3,000 sign-on bonus MINT Dentistry is hiring licensed dental hygienists to join a high-energy, supportive team. No evenings, no weekends. Pay: $65/hr total rewards, including an uncapped monthly performance bonus What you'll do: Perform cleanings, SRPs, and oral cancer screenings Take radiographs and intraoral photos Educate patients on oral hygiene and healthy habits Work with the doctors and team using Open Dental, Dexis, and Nomad What we need: Active dental hygienist license Positive, team-first attitude and excellent chairside manner Comfort in a fast-paced office Open Dental and Dexis experience (preferred) Nitrous oxide monitoring certification (preferred) Schedule: Full-time or part-time, with a 4-day or 5-day week. No evenings or weekends. Leave after your last patient, with no end-of-day duties.
