We are a state-of-the-art orthodontic practice with locations in Collegeville and Gilbertsville. The hired candidate will commute to both of our office locations. We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Front Desk Representative / Marketing person to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment. Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls and assisting patients Greeting patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude Scheduling and managing appointments Answering patient questions and providing support Assist with marketing tasks, social media posts, etc.. Required to commute to both locations Collegeville and Gilbertsville What we’re looking for: Excellent customer service and communication skills Multitasking is a must.
