Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental front office/receptionist experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills

• Professional, friendly, dependable, and organized

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy dental office

• Dentrix knowledge preferred, but not mandatory

• Experience with dental insurance, scheduling, and patient communication is a plus

• Ability to work well as part of a team
