Chandler Dental Excellence is looking for a dependable, caring, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team!

We are an established, PRIVATELY OWNED PRACATICE —not a corporate dental office. We believe in putting people before profits and creating a warm, welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients are treated like family.

We welcome candidates with dental assisting experience, as well as motivated individuals who are eager to learn. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about patients, and understands that a great team works together.

What You'll Do

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures, including restorative dentistry, crowns, and implant treatments.

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, take X-rays, and maintain infection control standards.

• Help patients feel comfortable and provide an exceptional patient experience.

• Maintain organized operatories and accurate clinical documentation.

• Cross-train to help with front office duties when needed, including phones, scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and basic insurance tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Dental assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

• Current Arizona dental radiography certification, as applicable.

• Friendly, professional communication and a genuine desire to help people.

• Dependability, punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

• A flexible team player who takes initiative and is willing to help wherever needed.

• Front office or dental insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
