Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated Dental Receptionist / Front Desk who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a mutually supportive environment.
Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, though enthusiasm to learn is more important.
Responsibilities
Promote strong patient relationships utilizing all aspects of communication ( phone, text, email, and face-to-face)
Maintain a productive schedule through consistent communication with patients and co-workers.
Prepare financial arrangments, verify insurance eligibility, and recieve patient and insurance payments.
Adhere to HIPPA and Infection contol protocols.
