What We’re Looking For:

• Endodontic Dental Assistant experience required
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
• X-ray license required
• Compassionate, organized, and professional

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are sterile and ready for use
• Take X-ray/CBCT images as needed, adhering to safety protocols
• Manage patient records using TDO software (training will be provided) ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide chairside assistance during various endodontic procedures
• Monitor vital signs
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment following infection control protocols (OSHA guidelines)
• Support the dental receptionist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred
• Proficient in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and aseptic techniques
• Familiarity with dental documentation is advantageous
• Experience with 3D scanners is a plus
• Strong understanding of infection control practices within a dental clinic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
