Overview We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sterile Tech with Dental Assisting experience to join our growing team. You’ll help maintain high sterilization standards, support clinical care, and show up on time ready to work with the team. Experienced assistants and sterile techs ready to grow their clinical skills are encouraged to apply. Qualifications Dental assisting experience in a clinic. Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with EMR systems; Open Dental experience is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA, coding, and clinical documentation. Experience with 3D scanners is a plus. Strong communication, teamwork, and accountability. Ability to take dental X-rays that are diagnostic. Comfortable triaging patients for limited exams and supporting the whole team with hygiene and operative needs.
