Summary: Chicago Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a self-motivated new team member. At CPDO we put the patient first. We are seeking a team player who is a hard worker, has a positive attitude, and able to work 1-2 Saturday’s a month. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1-2 Saturdays per month Hours per Week: 35-40 hours Pay: Based on experience, but can range from $22 - $28 per hour The candidate must be: - Willing to learn - Reliable - Have a good work ethic - Have good communication skills - Have a positive attitude Experience: Orthodontic Assistant experience preferred Dental Specialty: Orthodontics Duties: - Greet and seat patients - Assist chair-side for routine exams, surgeries, and orthodontic procedures - Take digital scans, photographs, and X-rays - Sterilize instruments and treatment rooms - Take/Update patient records using dental software - Shared cleaning responsibilities Licenses / Certificates: - Coronal Polishing (Required) - Nitrous Oxide (Preferred) - CPR (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Orthodontics: 1 year (Required) Dental assisting: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Coronal Polish Certificate (Required) Work Location: In person
