What we offer: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus Competitive hourly pay Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability benefits 401(k) plan Continuing education and professional development opportunities Modern office with advanced dental technology Supportive, team-focused work environment What You’ll Do Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures Provide compassionate, friendly patient care Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Take X-rays and assist with impressions and other diagnostics Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and other safety requirements Assist with dental and medical emergencies as needed What We’re Looking For 1+ year of hands-on dental assisting experience X-Ray certification required Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification required Nitrous Oxide certification highly recommended High school diploma or equivalent Current CPR certification and willingness to maintain required annual training Ready to Join Us?
