What You'll Do Assist chairside with general dentistry procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Maintain dental supply inventory, including stocking and ordering supplies Assist with digital scanning, impressions, and temporary crowns Provide patient education and postoperative instructions Anticipate the needs of doctors and patients to keep the day running smoothly Maintain an organized clinical environment and support the team with daily responsibilities Who We're Looking For Preferably 1–2 years of dental assisting experience Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills Dependable, punctual, and committed to your team Organized, motivated, and willing to take initiative Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about patients Experience matters, but reliability, attitude, and being a great teammate matter just as much to us.
