Specialty procedures are referred out, allowing you to focus on pediatric general dentistry. The practice refers out: Implants. Periodontics. Oral surgery. Endodontics. Orthodontics. Practice Details: Team: Six current team members, with additional hiring underway. Clinical Support: Rotating dental assistants for chairside assistance. Treatment Space: Four treatment rooms and six open-bay hygiene chairs. Practice Management Software: Open Dental. Patient Base: Primarily Medi-Cal, with some PPO patients; no HMO.
