Orthodontic Assistant - Wilson Orthodontics - Greenfield, MA

We are looking for an experienced orthodontic assistant to join our fast-paced practice but are willing to train the right individual. The right candidate must be able to work as part of a team with emphasis on communication. We are looking for an individual who is confident, highly personable, responsible, and willing to learn and grow with our company. This position requires the flexibility and availability to work in both office locations (Keene NH, and Greenfield MA) alternating daily, with a 4/5-day work week. Document all procedures performed in treatment chart Must comply with all standards and protocols of OSHA & HIPPA Provide assistance to the doctor during procedures including preparation and documentation Ability to change and remove wires, brackets, and adhesive, full digital impressions, and workflow, prepare teeth for bonding Work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships with our team and patients Setting up, breaking down, disinfecting and sterilizing treatment areas and instruments.
