Elite Endodontics | Bellevue & Nolensville, TN Elite Endodontics is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! We are a specialty endodontic practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a professional, welcoming, and supportive environment. New to endodontics? No problem! Whether you have experience in specialty dentistry or are looking to expand your skills, we encourage you to apply! What You'll Do Assist the endodontist during consultations, root canal treatments, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and follow infection control protocols. Obtain dental radiographs and assist with advanced dental imaging as needed. Review patient medical histories and prepare patients for treatment. Help patients feel comfortable by explaining procedures and providing reassurance throughout their visit. Maintain accurate clinical records and document treatment information in the practice management system. Monitor and maintain dental supplies, instruments, and equipment. Communicate professionally with doctors, team members, patients, and referring dental offices. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and help keep the daily schedule running smoothly. Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable dental regulations and office protocols. What We're Looking For Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential or applicable Tennessee dental assisting credentials. Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but candidates with no prior experience, including new graduates, are encouraged to apply! Endodontic experience is not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with a team. Dependability, punctuality, and a professional approach to patient care. Ability to adapt in a fast paced clinical environment. Schedule & Locations Schedule: MondayâFriday Available schedules: 7:00 AMâ3:30 PM or 8:30 AMâ4:30 PM Locations: Bellevue and Nolensville, TN Must be willing to work at either office as needed.
