Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Ponte Vedra, FL
***INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY to be a part of Ponte Vedra's newest start up dental practice*** Driftwood Dentistry is a new, husband-and-wife owned dental practice opening in Ponte Vedra this fall. Founded by Dr. Cole Carpenter and Dr. Brooke Carpenter, we're building a practice where patients see the same doctor every visit and where our team feels like family â not a rotating cast of providers or a corner of a corporate chain. We're looking for a Dental Assistant who wants to be part of building something from the ground up. About the Role As one of our founding team members, you'll work chairside with both doctors and help set the tone for how our patients experience the practice from day one. This is a rare chance to join a startup practice and help shape our systems, culture, and patient care â not just step into someone else's routine. We welcome both experienced dental assistants and recent graduates. What matters most to us is a great attitude, reliability, and a genuine care for patients. What You'll Do Assist chairside with a variety of general dentistry procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral images Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards Support front desk and scheduling coordination as needed Help build and refine office systems as a founding team member What We're Looking For Dental Assistant certification/registration as required by Florida law (or actively pursuing it) Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Comfortable in a growing practice environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with patients New graduates and EFDA students are welcome to apply Schedule Full-time position. Start date aligned with our November 2026 opening.
