Job Description Dental Receptionist to join our talented and dedicated team. You must have experience. Maintain a high level of customer service and Patient care at all times Schedule patient appointments in accordance with monthly and daily patient goals and Daily Report on Recall Patient list. Answer phones and confirm appointments Greet and check-in patients Accurately verify dental benefits Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment Collect payments, co-payments, deductibles and verify insurance coverage for Medicaid/PPO/other insurances.
