EXPERIENCED DENTAL ASSISTANT / TREATMENT COORDINATOR — San Marco Smiles, Jacksonville, FL San Marco Smiles is an established private dental practice in the heart of San Marco, and we are looking for a skilled, confident chairside Dental Assistant who can step in and do the job from day one, both at the chair and with the patient. You must be able to take a full, diagnostic FMX (including on edentulous patients), take iTero digital scans, fabricate well-fitting provisional crowns, and assist chairside smoothly for restorative, crown and bridge, and cosmetic procedures. You must also be able to present treatment plans with confidence. That means explaining the recommended treatment and fees in plain language, presenting cosmetic options and Invisalign, going over insurance benefits, offering patient financing and sending the links, and getting the patient scheduled. We aim for same-day treatment, so we need someone who stays calm, moves efficiently, and says "yes, we can do that" and then delivers. You are the right fit if you have solid chairside experience and do not need hand-holding, you take pride in clean X-rays and temps that fit, you are comfortable talking money and treatment with patients and asking for the commitment, you follow the doctor's protocols exactly and ask when unsure instead of guessing, and you hold your ground professionally and take ownership of your work. Florida expanded functions and radiology certification required. iTero and Eaglesoft experience are a strong plus. HIPAA awareness is a must.
