What We’re Looking For Active Texas RDH License required Open Dental experience preferred Available to work 3–5 days per week Saturday availability is required Comfortable working in a high-volume dental office Strong patient communication and education skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Able to maintain a high standard of patient care while working efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a busy dental team Schedule & Compensation Flexible 3–5 day schedule Saturday availability is required due to high patient volume Saturday shifts offer higher compensation than standard weekday shifts Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications About the Role Our hygienists are an important part of the patient experience.
