Job Summary Front Desk / Dental Assistant (Hybrid Role) Chicago Elite Implant Center, Woodridge, IL Part-time 23 per hour, based on experience About us Chicago Elite Implant Center is a dental implant practice in Woodridge, led by Dr. Ashraf M. Naser. We focus on single implants, All-on-4/All-on-6 full-arch cases, bone grafting, sinus lifts and sedation dentistry. We’re a small, close team, and we want every patient to feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in. We’re looking for a friendly, organized person to split their time between the front desk and chairside assisting. What you’ll do Front desk Greet patients warmly and check them in and out Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage the calendar Confirm appointments and follow up with new consultation leads Verify dental insurance and explain coverage and treatment costs Collect payments and help patients apply for financing such as CareCredit Keep patient records up to date and HIPAA-compliant Coordinate medical clearances and referrals with physicians’ offices Dental assisting Prepare and break down treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and follow infection-control protocols Assist the doctor chairside during consultations, implant surgeries and restorative visits Take X-rays and CBCT scans Check patient vitals and help monitor patients during sedation cases Give patients post-op instructions and make follow-up calls What we’re looking for Front desk and/or dental assisting experience (implant or oral surgery experience is a big plus) Illinois Dental Radiography certification preferred, or willingness to get it CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to get it Familiarity with dental software ([Dentrix / Eaglesoft / Open Dental]) is a plus Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner Reliable, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced office Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Room to grow in a growing specialty practice A supportive team and a modern office Apply through Indeed with your resume.
