Part - Time Dental Assistant - No Weekends - North Aurora Office - North Aurora, IL

We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our busy dental practice! We are seeking someone who is organized, efficient, and able to multitask while maintaining excellent communication with both patients and team members. A minimum of 6 months of dental assisting experience is required for the Dental Assistant position. However, we are willing to train the right candidate without experience, starting in a Sterilization Assistant role. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during patient procedures Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment Follow infection control and safety protocols Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Help maintain an organized and efficient clinical workflow Support the clinical team wherever needed Qualifications Minimum 6 months of dental assisting experience for the Dental Assistant position No experience required for candidates starting as a Sterilization Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, efficient, and willing to take initiative Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Willingness to learn and follow established office procedures What We Offer Consistent part-time schedule No weekends!
