Job Description: Greeting & seating patients in a timely manner Taking and recording patient's dental records (photos, x-rays, treatment notes) Assisting the orthodontist with adjustments & procedures Educating patients at each visit, ensuring they have all their supplies and equipment (wax, rubber bands, etc.), and informing parents of treatment progress Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive work environment Sterilizing instruments and equipment Providing excellent customer service to patients & families to ensure an excellent patient experience Performing other duties as assigned by the clinical lead, manager, and orthodontist Experience: We hire based on personality and attitude, not necessarily experience. We are looking for the right personality for our team! We will train the orthodontic assisting skills!
