Morrison Dental Group is seeking a Full Time Dental Administrative Assistant to work in our Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg and Norge offices. The ideal Dental Administrative Assistant Floater will have experience in the following: 1+ years in a dental or medical office setting Working with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage Answering and responding to telephone calls with professionalism Scheduling and confirming patients’ appointments according to protocol and patient preferences Complete knowledge of all financial options and offer accordingly to patients Going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service Morrison Dental Group is family owned and operated practice since 1992.
