Duties Patient care and preparation: greet patients, prepare them for treatments, and ensure their comfort throughout the visit. Chairside Assistance: assist the dentist during a variety of diagnostic, preventive, and restorative treatment procedures. (polishing, crowns, implants, oral surgery, fillings, etc.) Instrument $ Sterilization: sterilize and disinfect instruments, prepare treatment trays, and maintain clean, organized operatories adhering to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Radiography: take high-quality digital x-rays and intraoral photos as directed by the dentist. Administrative Support: maintain accurate patient records, chart treatment notes, and assist with inventory management and supply restocking.-Patient education: provide clear post-operative care instructions and answer basic patient questions regarding oral hygiene. Experience Experience in dental assisting is ideal but not required. Here at Bunin Dental, we are more than happy to train the right person for the position. Dental Assistants are required to take x-rays so certification in dental radiology is a must. This is a course that can be completed online if you need to obtain one. Salary Pay is hourly and open for discussion based on experience.
