Experienced Bilingual Dental Assistant — Spanish Required We’re Hiring! We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office. Spanish fluency is a MUST for this position. The ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients is essential. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and treatments Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take dental X-rays and assist with digital imaging Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment Assist with patient care and provide a welcoming patient experience Take and record patient medical and dental histories Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Follow OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols Provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients and assist with interpretation when needed Perform other dental assisting duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience required Fluent Spanish is required Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with patients and as part of a team Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a busy dental office Current certifications/licenses required by state, if applicable Expanded functions certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth Benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401(k), dental benefits.
