What We Are Looking For Strong experience in comprehensive general and restorative dentistry High-quality crown, bridge, onlay, filling, and restorative treatment Experience with cosmetic and esthetic dentistry is highly valued Strong treatment-planning and diagnostic skills Excellent chairside manner and patient communication Ability to educate patients clearly and build treatment acceptance through trust—not pressure Commitment to clinical quality, including appropriate use of radiographs, scans, photography, and documentation Strong attention to detail and high clinical standards Dependable, punctual, responsible, and respectful of patients' scheduled time Comfortable working with modern digital dentistry and learning new technologies Collaborative approach when working with specialists and other members of the clinical team Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Interest in developing a meaningful, long-term relationship with the practice Clinical & Technology Environment Our practice utilizes modern dental technology and digital workflows, which may include Dentrix, Dexis, iTero, digital smile design and treatment-planning tools, as well as AI-assisted dental technologies such as Pearl and Overjet . Experience with these systems is beneficial, but a strong willingness to learn is equally important. Patient Experience We place significant importance on the patient experience. The posted $200,000–$400,000 annual range represents potential earnings and is not a guaranteed salary . Actual compensation and earnings depend on factors including experience, schedule, productivity, collections/production, case acceptance, and overall performance. The specific compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process. For an exceptional doctor who demonstrates strong clinical performance, professionalism, leadership, patient relationships, and long-term commitment, there may also be opportunities for expanded leadership responsibilities and potential future partnership/ownership discussions .
