Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, restorations, and other treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment. Manage patient records and appointments using patient management software to ensure accurate documentation and scheduling. Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment plans as directed by the dentist. Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Requirements Valid registration as a Dental Assistant with relevant licensing or certification. Proven experience working as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting preferred. Proficiency in using patient management software for scheduling, record keeping, and communication. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.
