Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant — Entry Level Looking to start a career in dentistry? Our private dental practice in Plover is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our clinical day running smoothly. This entry-level position combines instrument sterilization with basic dental assisting responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in being thorough, and is eager to learn. Responsibilities include: Cleaning, packaging, and sterilizing dental instruments. Cleaning, disinfecting, and setting up treatment rooms between patients. Taking dental X-rays and intraoral photographs with appropriate training. Restocking supplies and keeping clinical areas organized. Supporting our dental assistants and clinical team as needed. Following infection-control procedures to maintain a clean, safe environment. Our ideal candidate: Is reliable, punctual, and ready to learn. Pays close attention to details and follows through on tasks. Takes direction well and asks questions when unsure. Communicates respectfully with patients and coworkers. Works well with a team and notices when others need help. Helps patients feel comfortable and welcome. Dental experience or assisting skills are helpful, but we welcome entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic and a willingness to develop their skills.
