Dental Assistant Tini Teeth Pediatric Dentistry | Onalaska, WI Help shape a new pediatric dental practice from day one. Tini Teeth Pediatric Dentistry is a new, independently owned pediatric dental practice opening in Onalaska in January 2027. We are looking for a Dental Assistant who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of building a great practice from the ground up. As one of our first team members, you won't simply be stepping into someone else's established system. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the culture and routines of the practice as we grow. Whether you have years of experience and want to help lead a new team or are a recent graduate starting your career, there is a place for you here. The right person: Enjoys working with children Communicates well with families and teammates Is dependable and organized Takes initiative Is open to feedback Wants to be part of a close-knit team Responsibilities will include: Four-handed chairside assisting Taking dental radiographs Preparing treatment rooms and materials Assisting with restorative treatment, crowns, extractions, and sealants Sterilization and clinical setup Helping children feel comfortable during visits Supporting the clinical team throughout the day Because we are a startup, some systems will evolve as we grow.
