Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures. Develop personalized treatment plans based on healthcare diagnosis, anatomy knowledge, and client communication to meet each patient's unique needs. Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote ongoing dental wellness. Collaborate with team members proficient in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix to streamline patient flow and recordkeeping. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials for providing general dentistry services. Proven experience in dental office or clinic environments with familiarity in dental fabrication, dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and healthcare diagnosis processes. Skilled in client communication with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and empathetically. Proficiency in using dental software platforms like Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix for scheduling, records management, and billing. Knowledge of infection control standards including aseptic technique and sterilization procedures.
