Dr. Kenneth M Jones DMD PC is looking for a dental assistant! Our long time dental assistant is moving on to a new chapter, in a new state. We are looking for a wonderful team member to join our team. We are a small, fun, family-oriented dental office that believes work should be enjoyable and your schedule should work for you. What we are looking for Current x-ray certification required EFDA certification preferred Dental assisting experience What we offer Sign on bonus! $25-$30 DOE flexible schedule (part time or full time) scrub allowance PTO and paid holidays Duties Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments. Take digital x-rays. Assist with patient check in, seating and post treatment instructions as needed. Dentrix software proficiency. Monitor and restock dental supplies. Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment practicing four-handed dentistry for enhanced efficiency during procedures. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and oral surgery to support accurate assistance during treatments. Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly to patients and collaborating effectively with team members.
