About us Capac Family Dentistry is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing general dentistry practice. Experience and radiography certification a plus but willing to train the right individual. Our weekly schedule includes a 4 day work week with alternating Wednesdays and Fridays off. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Prepare patients for dental treatment. Assist the dentist during dental procedures. Perform basic laboratory tasks such as taking impressions and pouring casts. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment. Maintain patient records. Provide patient education and instruction on oral hygiene techniques. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
