Twinkle Kids Dental is a brand-new pediatric dental office looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service and can help create a warm, welcoming experience for our patients and parents from the moment they walk through the door. What we’re looking for: Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Loves working with children and families Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and communicating with parents Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable verifying insurance and handling basic dental front-office responsibilities Dental office experience preferred Pediatric dental experience preferred Open Dental experience is a plus Spanish-speaking preferred Positive attitude and a team-player mentality Schedule & Growth This position will start part-time, approximately 2–3 days per week, and will include two Saturdays per month. We are a new and growing practice, and our goal is for this position to transition into a full-time role as the patient schedule grows, potentially around 6 months after opening. The exact timing will depend on the needs and growth of the practice. We’re looking for someone who is excited about joining a new office from the beginning and growing with us long-term. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include welcoming patients and families, answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining an organized schedule, and helping provide an excellent experience for our patients and parents.
