You’ll work with digital scanning, Invisalign, and remote patient monitoring, so you can spend less time on outdated processes and more time on patient care. If you like staying current in your field, you’ll fit right in. About the role This is a cross-trained position that blends clinical and administrative work, so no two days are quite alike. You’ll assist chairside with patients, and you’ll also play a key role in the patient experience behind the scenes: Scheduling and managing appointments Following up with patients and parents after visits and between appointments Communicating by phone, text, and email about treatment progress, appointments, and next steps Supporting Invisalign and remote monitoring check-ins Helping keep the day organized and running smoothly You’ll be trusted to use the skills you’ve built, and to be a familiar, reassuring voice for our patients and families.
