We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Front Desk Associate who loves working with people and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. As one of the first faces our patients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping our schedules running smoothly, and ensuring every patient receives the outstanding care and attention they deserve. If you have dental front office experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to meet you! What You'll Do: Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude and provide an outstanding check-in and check-out experience. Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and make outbound calls as needed. Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to maintain an efficient and productive schedule. Assist in managing both doctor and hygiene schedules, minimizing openings and maximizing patient flow. Work closely with the Treatment Coordinator and clinical team to ensure seamless patient communication and care. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and account transactions. Coordinate patient referrals and follow established office scheduling procedures. Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office. Monitor and order administrative and office supplies as needed. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-first mindset. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software. A positive, dependable attitude and willingness to support the team. Experience with dental practice management software is preferred. A professional, friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail.
