I’m Dr. Scott Kaloust, and I’m looking for an orthodontic assistant to join our small, close-knit team at Menlo Park Orthodontics. In our office, Aloha is more than a greeting. What you’ll do Assist with orthodontic procedures and patient care Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable Take digital scans, photographs and radiographs as permitted Prepare treatment areas and maintain excellent infection-control standards Educate patients about appliances, aligners, oral hygiene and home care Keep appointments moving smoothly without making patients feel rushed Work with digital orthodontic systems and modern technology Support your teammates wherever help is needed Help create an organized, positive and enjoyable patient experience Who will thrive here You may be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy working with children, teenagers and adults Treat patients and coworkers with patience, kindness and respect Communicate warmly and clearly Stay calm, organized and helpful during busy days Take pride in doing things correctly Notice what needs to be done and take initiative Enjoy learning new technology and improving your skills Believe that being a great teammate is just as important as being a great assistant Previous orthodontic experience and appropriate California dental-assisting credentials are strongly preferred.
