Anthem Dental & Implants is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Henderson, Nevada. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills, and wants to learn new skills in a professional dental environment. You will have the opportunity to work both in the front office and alongside our dental team. We value a positive attitude, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Dental Assisting Help prepare and clean treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean work environment Assist the dentist during patient procedures as trained and permitted Help patients feel comfortable and cared for Learn basic dental procedures, equipment, and terminology Assist with dental X-rays when appropriately trained and qualified Front Desk / Reception Greet patients with a friendly and professional attitude Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Check patients in and out Assist with collecting payments Update patient information Learn our dental scheduling and patient management software Help keep the front office organized What We're Looking For Friendly personality and excellent communication skills Dependable, punctual, and responsible Willingness to learn and accept feedback Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable using computers Able to multitask and stay organized Enjoys working with people Works well with others and maintains a positive attitude Dental experience is NOT required.
