We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to join Holistic Dental Center of New Jersey. Our practice combines high-quality general dentistry with advanced cosmetic, surgical, implant, periodontal, and biologically focused dentistry. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dentistry, loves taking care of people, and wants to continue learning and growing. You do NOT need experience in biological or holistic dentistry. We will teach you. Experience with surgery, implants, cosmetic dentistry, digital scanning, CBCT, or advanced procedures is a plus—but we don't expect you to know everything. We can teach skills. We're looking for the right person first. What You'll Be Doing You'll work closely with our doctors to provide an exceptional patient experience from the moment the patient enters the operatory until they leave. Responsibilities include chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, sterilization, taking digital X-rays and scans, assisting with surgical and restorative procedures, maintaining clinical supplies and helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their treatment.
