Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Winter Garden, FL
Groove Kids Dental is a brand-new pediatric dental office opening in Winter Garden, and weâre looking for a highly experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant to help us build something special from the ground up. This is a rare chance to be part of a founding team and help shape how our office runs, from setting up treatment rooms and sterilization protocols to creating the warm, kid-friendly experience our families will remember. The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on pediatric dental assisting experience, holds a current Florida Dental Radiography certification (EFDA strongly preferred), and is confident assisting with the full range of pediatric procedures, including sealants, restorations, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, and behavior management for anxious or special-needs patients. You know how to calm a nervous child, reassure a worried parent, and keep the schedule moving, all while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient care. If youâre a self-starter who takes pride in your skills and wants a meaningful role in growing a new practice, we would love to meet you. This role starts as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the practice grows. Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
