Our office is small but mighty, focused on comprehensive, quality dentistry and genuine patient connections. At this office, we are focused on AOX cases and full-mouth reconstruction for patients. Who You Are You’re an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant who loves what you do. You’re flexible, positive, and confident working alongside seasoned doctors. You’re also comfortable handling a variety of procedures, especially oral surgery — and you take ownership of your role in helping the team succeed. What You’ll Do Assist with all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, and implants. Work seamlessly with your fellow assistant — supporting each other, swapping rooms, and keeping things moving smoothly. Manage supply inventory and ordering — because you know that running out of etch is not an option. Help with treatment planning and patient coordination when needed. Oversee lab cases and ensure everything runs on schedule. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and keep patient comfort at the center of everything. What We’re Looking For At least 2+ years of dental assisting experience (Xray licensure required). Comfort working with experienced doctors in a fast-paced but friendly environment. Strong teamwork skills — you’re easygoing, adaptable, and reliable. Solid understanding of chairside procedures, sterilization, inventory, and lab coordination.
