What You'll Do: Create amazing first impressions! Welcome patients and families, manage check-ins and check-outs, and deliver five-star customer service. Be a trusted guide. Help families understand treatment recommendations, navigate financial options, and feel confident about their next steps. Keep things moving. Coordinate appointments, optimize the schedule, and help the day run smoothly. Make the details count. Collect payments, maintain accurate patient information, and follow through on important tasks. Be a team player. Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless experience from start to finish. Make someone's day better.
