Duties Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and other restorative procedures Perform complex dental treatments such as root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and prosthodontics with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize advanced dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document patient records accurately and efficiently Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote understanding and compliance Collaborate with team members on case planning and provide guidance for pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and other specialty procedures when needed Experience Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in dental diagnosis, patient care, and treatment planning Hands-on experience with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging technologies Familiarity with dental terminology, HIPAA regulations, and state healthcare laws to ensure compliance in all clinical activities Knowledge of medical terminology related to oral health conditions and anatomy for accurate diagnosis and documentation Prior experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry procedures Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex treatments clearly and compassionately Join us in delivering exceptional dental care that transforms lives!
