What We Offer $30–$38/hour , depending on experience and skill level, with top pay reserved for highly experienced candidates Monthly performance bonuses based on office growth and results Consistent Schedule: Monday–Wednesday: 6:45 AM–4:15 PM Thursday: 7:45 AM–4:15 PM Friday: 7:45 AM–3:15 PM. Strong verbal and written communication skills A dependable, organized, team-oriented approach to care A willingness to learn new things and expand your skill set Good self-esteem and ability to be flexible when adjustments need to be made in the moment Critical analysis skills and motivation to start projects on your own initiative Do you want to become an EFDA, Hygienist, or Dentist? We will help you! What You'll Do Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures. We uphold DOH requirements to the highest standard. Assist the dentist with fillings, cleanings, extractions, crowns, bridges, implants, and other procedures. Fabricate temporary crowns, intraoral scanning, sealants, cleaning cement after crown delivery, charting, child prophies, inventory, clear aligner delivery, etc. Sterilize and disinfect instruments, prepare treatment trays, stock supplies, ensure lab-based cases are ordered and received. Collect and document patient medical and dental histories, including data entry Help maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment Ready to Join Our Team?
